The 2008-2009 school year is well underway. The Mountain School continues to "buck" the trend and is witnessing it's second highest enrollment in history. As our programs and people flourish, interest in MSW continues to flourish as well. Several programs in the works (The Holocaust Project and Garden Project) have come to fruition this year as well. Our curriculum has been reviewed and worked on over the previous months and is nearing the "publishing" stage. This creative curriculum--based on thematic, integrated, and multidisciplinary learning--continues
to be our focal point. Our students also continue their service with activities like The Vermont Campaign to End Childhood Hunger's "Hike for Hunger." MSW students raised over $1,000 for the fifth year in a row.
