MSW Summer Camp Programs 2013
MSW Summer Camp Programs Now Available!
This year is going to be a great year of opportunities for our children!
Feature Camp: Exploring Our World...Through Global Citizenship and Leadership!
Join middle school campers and teachers from literally around the world! Each
morning American students participate in Chinese language, calligraphy, and
cultural lessons with teachers from MSW’s partner schools in Sichuan
Province, China, while their Chinese counterparts learn English and American
customs from MSW teachers. All students then come together to take part in
dynamic, challenging problem-based learning activities that teach young people
about positive and effective collaborative leadership. For lunch, students take
turns preparing and cooking cuisine inspired from places around the world.
Campers end each day enjoying various team-building excursions throughout
beautiful southern and central Vermont, including canoeing, rock climbing, and
much more. Families are invited for a special “closing ceremony” luncheon on August 2.
